Jiva Santosha
At Leading Luxury Home, we believe in responsible real estate development and strong social commitment. Faithful to our philanthropic values, we co-created the Jiva Santosha Foundation: a lasting initiative to strengthen the social fabric and contribute to the well-being of Mauritian communities.
We are working to identify the priority social needs of Mauritian communities and are actively looking for project promoters who are very committed to the social development of the local population.

hope for street children
SAFIRE
SAFIRE is an NGO that helps street children in Mauritius. Its holistic approach revolves around several complementary axes.
• It provides a safe home for homeless youth.
• It provides daily management of an organic farm (developed by SAFIRE), offers practical workshops and sells products on local markets. This activity is carried out by about ten adolescents of the association.
• It also supports young people towards autonomy and employment. Over 500 children are supervised daily by educators throughout the island.
Through this first partnership, the Jiva Santosha Foundation is committed to creating a lasting impact on the lives of young Mauritians in difficulty, thus helping to build a more equitable and supportive society.

Financing these actions
To deploy our actions and maximize our positive impact on Mauritian communities, we collect funds and present below our sources of funding in a transparent manner.
Leading Luxury Home pays a percentage of its commissions to the foundation.
The eco-responsible real estate program Jiva Santosha is at the heart of our approach since funds from the sale of eco-responsible and bioclimatic villas are directly transferred to the foundation.
We directly support associations through sponsorship programs that offer our clients a unique opportunity to accompany young people in difficulty. These programmes go beyond mere financial support, they encourage personal and lasting encounters and ties between the godfather and the godchild.
We do not fail to sensitize each partner and client to this noble cause. We encourage them to contribute directly or through our foundation through donations.
Finally, we are committed to organizing charitable evenings to spread the foundation and raise funds.
These are wonderful opportunities to remind everyone of their responsibility to local communities, they invite everyone to become a committed player in this collective social mission and even to become a prescriber.
